1. What materials are your dog bandanas made from?

At Walt's Tails, we use high-quality, durable fabrics designed to withstand everyday wear. Our dog bandanas are made from 100% cotton, made here in the UK , soft and gentle on your pup’s skin and easy to care for.

2. Are the bandanas machine washable?

Yes, all of our dog bandanas are washable! We recommend they are left to air dry and ironed on the reverse - not directly onto the vinyl print.

3. How do I measure my dog for a bandana?

For the tie bandanas, we recommend measuring your dog’s neck and adding 1-2 inches for a comfortable fit. Our over the collar bandanas come in various sizes, based on your pups collar size so be sure to use the size charts to help choose one that fits your dog’s neck size. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

4. Can I customise a bandana for my dog?

Absolutely! If you're looking for something special, feel free to reach out to us for custom bandana designs. We offer a range of patterns and colours, and we'd be happy to create something unique for your pup.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically UK orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, no we do not offer international shipping! 

7. How can I track my order?

If your order total is less than £20, it will be dispatched using a non-tracked service. However, for orders over £20, you can easily track your parcel through Royal Mail's 'Track Your Item' page. You'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry if there’s been an issue with your order! Please reach out to us using the 'contact us' page with details of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

10. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. We’re constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener planet.
